• You have a divine purpose to carry out today, and opportunities to express good activity. Therefore, you have God-given power to move freely, courage to do what’s right, enthusiasm for your work, and endurance to finish what you start.

• Spiritual ideas are more powerful and more potent than physical strength. David’s reliance on God eliminated his enemy with one blow. Check out section 3.
• Don’t depend on caffeine, energy drinks, or other stimulants. Energy comes from Spirit. “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” (Philippians 4:13)
